Hello, my name is Brandon.

I currently serve as the System Patient Experience Manager with a large academic medical center where I have the amazing job of partnering with caregivers throughout the organization to reduce the suffering of those we serve. I am a Registered Nurse with 15 years of experience in healthcare in various areas, including Critical Care and Emergency Medicine.  I have had the privilege of speaking on the topic of patient experience at a wide range of events including a national conference and multiple plenary speaker engagements for both state and local conferences. I am passionate about improving the experience of those we are here to serve and because PX Warrior is not an official title…I”ll stick with what I have.

I also serve as an Adjunct Nursing Clinical Instructor. Love it!
